Volkert Engineering, P.C. recently won a new Department of General Services A/E contract for the Office of Planning in 2014 for a one year period with an option to renew for four additional years. The maximum fee for each term (on-year) is $950,000.
Volkert Engineering, P.C. was awarded a new DDOT A/E Schedule contract in 2013 for a one year period with two optional renewal terms. The maximum fee for the each term (one-year) is $6,000,000. Under the terms of this contract, Volkert has been prequalified to provide planning, engineering, and construction management services in 11 categories of service. These categories include:
- Transportation Planning Studies
- Public Participation & Partnering
- Urban Design
- Roadway Design
- Bridge Design
- Environmental Engineering Investigations & Studies
- Constructability Review & Miscellaneous Design
- Construction Engineering and Management Services
- Traffic Engineering (Streetlight and Traffic Signal)
- Right-of-Way Services
- CADD
